FEATURES:LIFE AT ITS DUSK

By Akande Bukky

In the last century (1900), the moon used to be bright and appears in the sky at dusk and dawn staying there for like 1-2hrs including the stars which sparkles in the sky.

Butterflies are so colourful back then to the extent that most of the event planners choose color for the decoration, clothes from them...

Whenever it rains, snails use to come out of their niche (which humans will be at alert to pick them up for human consumption) whole edible and fresh mushroom grows up too .

It's an embarrassment opposite sex to see each other's genital parts (if they are not husband and wife) so as it is for same sex to see each other's nakedness .
It will be a great disgrace for a girl that is not deflowered by her husband.

To say ; everyone seems to be trustworthy, caring, loving and God-fearing, everything seems to be natural (normal) and bright back then.

But nowadays , moon hardly appear twice in a week not talking of staying long nor bright.

It's so unfortunate that butterflies are now scarce, even if someone hardly find one it will be the one with brown not as colourful as before, snails are rare to find now , even in their niche, mushrooms are no more weeds (unplanted plant that grows).
Now I wonder, have all these gone into extinction ?

Father will not only kiss his own daughter but sex her, use her for ritual, mother will not only hug her own son but harbour him in her room for sexual intercourse in this century.

The question is : where are we going?

In the olden days, ladies dare not walk on the street half -naked not to talk of going to church half naked but now, majority of them even walk out in nude.

Where are those God-fearing parents ?  Have they gone into extinction ?

Now I believe life is coming to an end !
