 NYAKO SMILES HOME WITH 125,MILLION FOR EFCC MISTAKE

The Federal High Court, Abuja, has ordered the EFCC, to pay the sum of  N12.5 million for intruding  in  the fundamental human rights of Abdulaziz Nyako in 30 days.

Justice Gabriel Kolawale, made the order and said the fine must be deposited with the Chief Registrar of the court.

According to kolawole, the N12.5 million was posted on EFCC for not legally arresting and detaining the senator for three days.

EFEE  also freezing all of Mr Nyako’s bank accounts for two years without a court directives  before charging him to court
